We are happy to address any queries you have HOWEVER a proof of purchase is required in the form of a purchase receipt, bank statement or confirmation email you would have received when ordering online. This also applies for items you may have received as a gift.

An online order cannot be cancelled due to change of mind. Please contact Goldair Customer Service for further information.

Faulty Items

We take great pride in everything we do and are just as disappointed as you if the product you receive is compromised in anyway. Please call our Customer Team on (03) 9365 5100 or email where one of our Customer Team will be happy to offer technical assistance where applicable. After contacting Goldair, if your product is deemed faulty we are happy to replace the item under our two year replacement warranty policy. It is really important to quote the online order reference number or produce a copy of your purchase receipt.
